1. Booking
i) Booking is deemed confirmed when the booking fee of 25 % of total payment and the deposit (if applicable) is paid.
ii) Upon receiving the payment, a confirmation will be sent via email and is subject to driver and vehicle availability.
iii) The destination/ itinerary and purpose/use for the vehicle communicated when booking will be the one for the day. Any deviations or changes have to be communicated before the booking date and Luxury Limo reserves the right to reject any deviations. A surcharge will be applicable for any deviations from the agreed destination/ itinerary.
iv) Full payment (Including the deposit if applicable) must be made 7 days before the commencement of service.
v) In the event of failure to pay in full 7 days before the commencement of the service, the booking is deemed cancelled. The booking fees will be forfeited. The deposit (if applicable) will be returned within 30 days.
2. Rates
i) All Rates are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
ii) 1 Day rate = 10 hours only. Every extra hour will be charged accordingly per hour.
iii) Rates quotes in webpage are for Klang Valley only. For other location outside Klang Valley, a surcharge based on the distance is applicable.
iv) Rates for cars with chauffeur: Include all toll charges, petrol, parking charges and the service of our professional chauffeurs.
v) Rates for cars without chauffeur: Does NOT include all toll charges, petrol, parking charges, speeding or other fines and the service of our professional chauffeurs.
vi) For cars with chauffeurs: If own chauffeurs are used (if approved by Luxury Limo) the rates cannot be discounted for not using Luxury Limo’s professional chauffeurs.
3. Deposit (For cars without Chauffeur)
i) A deposit of 1-day rental is required for cars with no chauffeurs.
ii) The deposit will be returned within 30 days if the car is returned as it was delivered.
iii) A deposit must be paid with the booking fees to secure the booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
i) Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours with written notice via WatsApp or E-mail. The full amount less the booking fees will be refunded within 30 days
ii) Cancellations less than 48 hours with or without written notice via WatsApp or E-mail, the full amount will not be refunded.
iii) The Booking fee is not refundable in the event of not proceeding with booking or event of No Show during the day.
5. Mileage
i) Mileage will be recorded and starts when the car arrives at the agreed location.
ii) Mileage will be recorded at the end of the rental when the car is returned at the agreed location.
iii) Mileage above the agreed amount per day will be charged accordingly. This additional charge will be deducted from the deposit. If no deposit paid, then will be an additional cost to client.
6. Chauffeur
i) The chauffeur will be driving to the designated destination as per booking only. Any changes have to be approved with Luxury Limo before commencing. Luxury Limo reserves the rights to refuse the changes or charge a surcharge to proceed with the changes.
ii) Additional hours for chauffeur is RM50/hour. This is in addition to the car rental amount.
iii) Additional charges for chauffeur to stay overnight is RM300/night for accommodation and allowances.
7. Car Condition:
i) Strictly No Smoking in the car.
ii) If found to be smoking in the car, a fine of RM5,000 will be levied.
iii) For cars with no chauffer: Cars must be returned in the condition it was delivered. Failing to do so, the car will be cleaned and the cost deducted from the deposit.
8. Oth
i) Car delivered at best effort basis and not held liable for late deliver y due to unforeseen circumstances for example accident and traffic congestion that caused the vehicle to arrive late. In these circumstances, car will arrive at the agreed location on a best effort basis and no refund will be issued.
9. Social Media
Luxury Limo reserves the rights to use the footage or photos taken in the event in which Luxury Limo’s vehicles are engaged directly or indirectly unless explicitly prohibited to do so in writing.
